I recently returned from a six-week journey and cruise that took me from Dubai, UAE, through several other countries in the Middle East, to India, with diversions to the famous Taj Mahal and Red Fort, to Tanzania, Madagascar, and Richards Bay, before disembarking in one of my favorite cities, Cape Town, South Africa.
There were several interesting dining experiences along the way, as well as a visit to the Klein Constantia Winery in South Africa. (Pictured: Dubai’s majestic skyline)
