On Monday, March 9, 2020, beginning at 5:30 p.m., Louette’s BYO, 106 Bridge Street, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, will feature a special collaboration between Chef Pierre Calmels of Philadelphia’s famed Bibou Restaurant, and Chef Steven Howells of Louette’s BYO. The duo will present a six-course menu celebrating the season’s freshest ingredients available.
