On Tuesday, October 22, 2019, 7:00 p.m., Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will host a special five-course dinner paired with the sensational wines of Jean Trimbach of Ribeauvillé, Alsace, France. Mr. Trimbach will be present to share some interesting stories and lead in the tasting of five of the most interesting white wines in the world, including the extraordinary Clos Ste. Hune.
