Second Course – Lobster BisqueLobster & Crab Salad: Lemon Oil, Micro Chervil… Pan Seared Foie Gras: Port, Raspberry Gelée, Mustard Seeds, Puff Pastry

Third Course – Raviolo: Fried Sage, Shaved Cured Egg, House Duck Prosciutto, Parmesan Chips… Pan Seared Squab: Spruce Honey, Pickled Gourd, Pomegranate Syrup, Hazelnuts
