During the month of June, the Pluckemin Inn, Bedminster, New Jersey, will explore the wines of the Pacific Northwest in a two-part dinner series featuring the wines of Washington State and Oregon.
The series will begin on Friday, June 8, 2918, 7:30 p.m., with the wines of Washington State, where the number of wineries has boomed in the last couple of decades. Executive Chef Kevin LaFemina will create a menu inspired by the cuisine of the Pacific Northwest with Bordeaux and Rhone-style varietals.
Part two, on Friday, June 22, 2018, 7:00 p.m., will take participants to Oregon, known for its beautiful Pinot Noirs and cool, elegant white wines.

In addition, on Saturday, June 16, 2018, 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., the Pluckemin Inn will also host a Summer American Wine Tasting, featuring wines from California, Oregon, and Washington State. The cost of the tasting is $30.00 per person (plus tax). Fifteen dollars of the entry fee will be credited to any order of featured wines over $150.00. The Tavern will open early, immediately following the tasting.
