Pluckemin Inn ExteriorOn Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018, the Pluckemin Inn in Bedminster, New Jersey, will be serving a special menu featuring three and four courses, respectively. The restaurant will be accepting reservations from 1:00 pm. – 5:30 p.m.

Appetizers (Choice of) – Pluckemin Salad: Seasonal Garnish, Verjus Vinaigrette… Escarole Salad: Almonds, Bagna Cauda, Pecorino, Green Apple… Baby Beet Salad: Heart of Palm, Chevre, Hazelnut, Watercress… Bucatini Pasta: Sausage, Tomato, Chilies, Oregano, Pecorino Romano… Chestnut Soup: Pancetta, Celery Root, Wild Mushrooms, Crispy Shallots… Grilled Shrimp: Sourdough, Arugula, Fennel, Feta, Citrus Vinaigrette

The special Easter Sunday menu is priced at $69.00 per person for three courses (choice of 1 appetizer, entrée and dessert; $79.00 per person for four courses (choice of 2 appetizers, entrée and dessert (plus beverages, tax & gratuity).
