Nicholas - Pasta DinnerOn Thursday, February 1, 2018, 7:00 p.m., Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will host a special “Celebration of Pasta.” The five-course menu will feature a variety of homemade pastas, encompassing the freshest of ingredients.

First Course: Mojo Pork Shoulder Agnolotti, Salsa Verde

Second Course: Semolina Trumpet Pasta, Locally Foraged Mushrooms, 20-Year Aged Sherry

Third Course: Hand-Rolled Pappardelle, Guanciale, Pecorino, Roasted San Marzano Tomato

Four Course: Winter Squash Mezzaluna, Spiced Pumpkin Seeds, Brown Butter Sauce

Fifth Course: Spaccatelli Pasta, Braised Oxtail Ragout, Pico Melero Cheese, Fried Rosemary

Dessert: Cinnamon Raviolo, Vanilla Mascarpone Coffee Caramel Sauce

The price of the “Celebration of Pasta” menu is $95.00 per person (plus beverages, tax & gratuity).
