Nicholas - Black Truffle Menu 2017Beginning Tuesday, January 9, and continuing through Friday, January 19, 2018, Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will be serving a special black truffle menu*.

Amuse: Crispy Locally Foraged Mushroom & Black Truffle Croquette

First Course: Black Truffle Risotto, Black Garlic Foam, Parmigiana Reggiano

Second Course: Foie Gras Ravioli, Black Truffle Dashi

Third Course: Charred Pork Belly Cucumber Salsa, Truffle Honey

Fourth Course: “Beef Wellington”: Filet Mignon, Black Truffle Mousse, Puff Pastry, Veal Bordelaise

Dessert Amuse: Lemon Sorbet, Black Truffle Honey, Vanilla Shortbread

Dessert Tasting: Black Truffle Rice Pudding, Vanilla Roasted Strawberries, Chocolate Ice Cream

*The black truffle menu will be available in the dining room only.
