Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, New Jersey, will ring in 2018 with New Year’s Eve festivities offering something for everyone… from lavish dining at 4-star Restaurant Latour to the extravagant Biosphere party.
Biosphere Party – Guests are invited to party the night away in the Biosphere Pool Complex at Grand Cascades Lodge with live DJ, dancing, passed hors d’oeuvres, appetizer buffet, premium open bar, midnight Champagne toast and big screens TVs to watch the NYC Times Square ball drop. For the Gourmand – Restaurant Latour chefs Anthony Bucco and Martyna Krowicka are cooking up a sumptuous five-course menu. Offerings include wagyu rib eye with bone marrow and smoked potato; white truffle with chestnut and butternut squash and black truffle pheasant with celery root. A luxurious dark chocolate dessert comes with 24k gold and blood orange. Seatings are available between 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. The cost is $175.00 per person; $245.00 per person with wine pairings. Reservations are required. New Year’s Eve Celebrations at Minerals Resort & Spa – Dinner and party options include the Copper Room family-style buffet with DJ and dancing ($45.00 per person; children 4-11, $24.00; under 4, free); Kite’s Restaurant five-course dinner from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ($95.00 per person, $115.00 with wine pairings; children 11 and under $25.00); and the Kites Bar New Year’s Eve Party from 10:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. ($25.00). On New Year’s Day guests may enjoy a festive brunch in the Emerald Ballroom with free-flowing Champagne and mimosas. The buffet will be stocked with smoke House Carvery Brisket, a salmon station, omelet bar, house-made sausages, house-baked pastries and more. Fresh juices and a Bloody Mary station will also be available. Adults $39.95; children 4-11 $18.00; Children 3 and under free. Brunch will be available from 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
