Fork - Interior1On Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24, 2017, Chef John Patterson of Fork Restaurant, 306 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will be serving the “Feast of Seven Fishes from 4:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Barnegat Light Scallop Crudo: Grapefruit, Sorrel

Baked Clams: Oregano, Parmesan

Fried Smelts: Lemon, Seaweed Salt

Dandelion Salad: Pickled Sardines, Blood orange

Red Wine Gnocchetti: Braised Octopus, Tomato

Parsley Spaghetti: Achovies, Chiles, Garlic

Grilled Whole Branzino: Lemon, Fresh Herbs

Sweet & Sour Winter Squash

Rosemary & Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Chocolate Mousse: Chocolate Cake, Orange Curd

Citrus Sorbet: Honey Granola, Sesame

The cost of the Feast of Seven Fishes is $99.00 per person (plus beverages, tax & gratuity).

 

On New Year’s Eve, Sunday, December 31, 2017, Fork will be serving a special four-course dinner menu.
