On Thursday evening, December 14, 2017, Crystal Springs Resort, 1 Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg, New Jersey, will welcome Krug, one of the most storied houses in Champagne, for an exclusive Wine Cellar Krug Dinner in celebration of the release of the 2004 vintage. Krug vintages are only bottled in the best of years; and the 204 is considered an excellent year for Champagne.
Executive Chef Anthony Bucco will create a six-course tasting menu featuring the season’s favorite ingredients to pair with these rich, elegant Champagnes.
