Alla SpinaOn Wednesday, October 18, 2017, 7:00 p.m. Chef Marc Vetri, will take over the kitchen at Alla Spina, 1410 Mt. Vernon Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to create a seasonal dinner celebrating the tastes of fall.

First Course: Squash Salad with Cranberries and Candied Nuts

Second Course: Casoncelli Stuffed with Pork, Veal, Beef, Raisins, Amaretti Cookies, and finished with Brown Butter and Sage

Third Course: Roasted Veal Breast with Root Vegetable Purée

Fourth Course: Apples Three Ways

The cost of the Harvest Moon Dinner is $75.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity); $25.00 additional per person with optional beverage pairing.
