Wine Dinner 2On Sunday, August 27, 2017, 5:30 p.m., Redux: The Restaurant, 3 Central Avenue, Madison, New Jersey, will host a special dinner paired with wines from France’s Loire Valley. Chef/proprietor Rob Ubhaus will be joined by Chef Dave Mendez of The Grapeful Palate in Morristown, NJ, for this special dinner.

Roasted Breast of Guinea Hen: Aligot Potatoes, Glazed Baby Carrots; Wine Pairing: Paul Prieur, Sancerre Rouge, 2015

Grilled Local Peaches: Bucheron Crème, Toasted Almonds; Wine Pairing: Domaine de la Guilloterie, Saumur-Champigny, 2014
