Nicholas - Lobster MenuOn Tuesday, July 25 – Thursday, July 27, 2017, 7:00 p.m., Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will host its annual summer tradition, the 2017 lobster menu.

Nicholas flies in Nova Scotia lobsters that have come out of the ocean less than 24 hours before. Four courses are prepared that showcase fresh lobster paired with locally sourced summer produce, including Jersey corn and tomatoes. If you love lobster, this is one menu you won’t want to miss.

First Course: Poached Lobster Carpaccio, Avocado Lime Purée, Heirloom Baby Sun Gold tomatoes, Basil Oil

Second Course: Classic Maine Lobster Roll

Third Course: House-Made Lobster Ravioli, Jersey Corn, Lobster Butter Sauce

Fourth Course: Butter Poached Lobster, Roasted Jersey Tomato, Grilled Ratatouille

Dessert: Buttermilk Blueberry Crumb Cake, Blueberry Jam, Lemon Ice Cream

The cost of the special lobster menu is $135.00 per person; $185.00 per person with wine pairings (plus tax & gratuity).
