Dilworthtown Inn - Inn Keeper's KitchenOn Friday, May 12, 2017, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., the Inn Keeper’s Kitchen at the Dilworthtown Inn, West Chester, Pennsylvania, will host a special dinner featuring the wines of California’s Cakebread Cellars.

First Course: Seared Scallop: Citrus Salad, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime, Crushed Marcona Almond, Mint Dust; Wine Pairing: Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley, 2015

Second Course: Chilled Lobster: Spring English Peas, Crème Fraiche, Fresh Pea Sprouts, Watercress; Wine Pairing: Cakebread Chardonnay, Napa Valley, 2015

Third Course: Sautéed Soft Shell Crab: New Potatoes, Brown Butter Sauce; Wine Pairing: Cakebread Pinot Noir 2015

Fourth Course: Filet Mignon: Morels, Fiddleheads, Grilled Ramps; Wine Pairing: Cakebread Cabernet 2014

Dessert Course: Cabernet Sorbet: Mango, Ruby Grapefruit; Wine Pairing: Cakebread Zinfandel 2015
