First Course: Jumbo Shrimp and Avocado wrapped with Daikon and served with Mixed
Greens topped with Mirin Vinaigrette; Wine Pairing: Cannonball Sauvignon Blanc
Second Course: Coconut-Crusted Baby Tilapia topped with Penang Curry Sauce; Wine Pairing: Harken Chardonnay
Third Course: Duck Breast with Sweet Potato Fries topped with Plum Sauce; Wine Pairing: Austerity Pinot Noir
Fourth Course: Colorado Rack of Lamb with Red Rice and Basil Vinaigrette; Wine Pairing: Liberty School Cabernet
Five Course: Dolce de Leche Ice Cream with Tempura Oreo and Chocolate Truffle; Wine Pairing: EOS “Tears of Dew” Moscato
