Stage Left will be serving a three-course seated brunch with an unlimited dessert bar from 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
First Course Selections: Lobster Bisque, Market Salad, Market Fruit & Berries, Hamachi Crudo, Shaved Carrot & Frisée Salad, BBQ Shrimp, Warm Duck Confit Salad, Cured Salmon
Main Course Selections: Sunny-Side Eggs over Lobster Potato Hash, Wild Mushroom & Asparagus Omelet, Raisin Hazelnut French Toast, Seared Salmon, Chicken with Rye Spaetzle & Jamon-Infused Carrots, Flat Iron Steak & Eggs, Braised Lamb Shank, Wood Grilled Burger
Dessert Bar (Try as many as you like): Crème Brûlée, Assorted Cookies, Cheesecake, Lemon Fruit Tart, Coconut Sabayon, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Chocolate Cake, Tiramisu, Cherry Bread Pudding, Molten Valrhona Chocolate Cake, Fresh Spun Ice Cream & Sorbets.

Catherine Lombardi will be serving Easter dinner from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. In addition to their regular à la carte menu, the restaurant will be offering specials like Spring Vegetable Minestrone, Asparagus & Ricotta Ravioli, Lamb Shank, and Easter Pie (aka Pizza Rustica).
