Third Course: Blue Fin Tuna Poke, Avocado, Crispy Chili
Fourth Course: Tempura-Crusted Blue Fin Tuna, Rice Cakes, Broccoli Leaves, Ginger Vinaigrette
Fifth Course: Kafir Lime Rice Pudding, Mango & Lemongrass Sorbet
