Nicholas - Exterior 3Tomorrow evening, Friday, March 10, 2017, 7:30 p.m., for one night only, Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will host a special four-course menu featuring pristinely fresh Hudson Canyon Bluefin tuna.

First Course: Spicy Blue Fin Tuna “Roll,” Kimchee, Pickled Rainbow Swiss Chard

Second Course: Blue Fin Toro, Yuzu Sorbet, Olive Oil

Third Course: Blue Fin Tuna Poke, Avocado, Crispy Chili

Fourth Course: Tempura-Crusted Blue Fin Tuna, Rice Cakes, Broccoli Leaves, Ginger Vinaigrette

Fifth Course: Kafir Lime Rice Pudding, Mango & Lemongrass Sorbet

The cost of the special tuna menu is $75.00 per person (plus beverages, tax & gratuity). F
