Penns View HotelEvery Friday, March 3 – April 7, 2017, Panorama Restaurant in the Penn’s View Hotel, 14 North Front Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will be offering a special four-course prix-fixe Chef’s menu during the Lenten season.

The complete Lenten menu is noted immediately below…

Antipasti (Choice of) – Porcini Stracciatella: Porcini Brodo, Escarole, Coddled Eggs… Caesar: Romaine, Parmigiana Fonduta, Black Pepper Crouton

Pasta (Choice of) – Pappardelle: Abalone Mushroom Bolognese, Smoked Ricotta… Gnocchi: San Marzano Tomato, Crispy Aged Provolone Gnudi

Entrée (Choice of) – Yellow Fin Tuna: Eggplant & Fennel Caponata, Broccoli Rabe Fritti, Aged Balsamic… Roasted Romanesco: Gigante Beans, Broccolini, Red Pepper Almond Sugo

Dolci – Sorbetto
