On Thursday, January 26, 2017, 6:30 p.m., Autograph Brasserie, 503 Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, Pennsylvania, will host a special four-course dinner featuring the wines of Chateau St. Michelle, Washington State’s oldest winery.

First Course – Burrata Mozzarella: Pepitas, Toasted Pumpkin Seed Oil, Serrano Ham; Wine Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc, Horse Heaven Vineyard, Horse Heaven Hills, Columbia Valley, WA
Second Course – Scottish Salmon: Beluga Lentils stewed in Ham Hock Broth, Mustard Emulsion; Wine Pairing: Merlot “Indian Wells,” Columbia Valley, WA
Entrée Course – Herb-Roasted Australian Lamb Loin: Potato Leek Cake, Caramelized Baby Carrot & Truffled Lamb Jus; Wine Pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cold Creek Vineyard, Columbia Valley, WA
Dessert Course – White Chocolate Creek Brûlée: Ginger Snap Crisp, Cranberry Orange Compote; Wine Pairing: Riesling “Eroica,” Gold, Columbia Valley, WA
