On Sunday, January 22, 2017, 6:30 p.m., Crystal Springs Resort, 1 Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg, New Jersey, will welcome California winemakers Frank and Julie Husic to its award-winning wine cellar for a unique dinner.
Executive Chef Anthony Bucco will fashion a five-course menu of winter favorites to pair with the Husics’ extraordinary wines. Guests will join the Husics and Resort Sommelier Susanne Lerescu for a glass of Champagne and tour of the wine cellar at 6:30 p.m. before sitting down to dinner in the Resort’s Bordeaux Room.

Dessert Course: Cinnamon Crème Catalana, Apple, Butterscotch; Wine Pairing: 2013 Late Harvest Semillon
