Tonight, for New Year’s Eve 2016, chef/proprietor Mark Smith of the Tortilla Press in Collingswood, NJ, and the Tortilla Press Cantina in Merchantville, NJ, has outdone himself. Both of Mr. Smith’s restaurants are offering the same three course menu priced at a mere $27.50 per person.
