Restaurant Latour will serve a five-course menu highlighting flavors of the season and luxury ingredients. Dinner will feature a large individual Chestnut Raviolo made with chestnut flour and filled with ricotta-chestnut purée and crowned with truffles; and Christmas Goose with braised red cabbage and poppy seed spätzle finished with goose-star anise jus. Vegetarian options will also be available. The five-course menu is priced at $125.00 per person; $65.00 additional with wine pairings (plus tax & gratuity). Restaurant Latour will be open 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Christmas Day.
Crystal Tavern will bring a New American approach to Christmas with a three-course menu featuring Shrimp & Grits with red-eye gravy, Rib Roast with Yorkshire pudding, spinach and nature jus, and a Yule Log with chestnut cream. The holiday menu will be offered from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The three-course menu is priced at $65.00 per person; an additional $29.00 with wine pairings (plus tax & gratuity). The restaurant’s regular à la carte menu will also be available.
Springs Bistro will serve a four-course menu inspired by the Feast of the Seven Fishes. Guests may enjoy an abundance of shellfish with the Seafood Salad as well as dishes like Roasted Branzino accompanied by clams, fennel, olives, and arugula. For dessert, a rich Budino will be served with whiskey Cherries. Springs Bistro will be open from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Christmas Day. The four-course menu is priced at $69.00 per person; an additional $29.00 with wine pairings (plus tax & gratuity). The restaurant’s regular à la carte menu will also be available.
At Minerals Resort & Spa, Route 94, Vernon, New Jersey, Kites will be serving a four-course menu on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. The menu choices for each course include Roasted Chestnut & Apple Bisque, Butternut Squash Tart, Lingonberry Glazed Duck Breast, and White Chocolate Candy Cane Mousse. The cost of the four-course menu is $65.00 per person; an additional $30.00 with wine pairings (plus tax & gratuity). An à la carte menu for children will also be available.
In addition, on Christmas Day a breakfast buffet will be served from 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. The menu will offer smoked salmon, fresh baked goods, and hot breakfast from Applewood smoked bacon & maple sausage links to waffles to an omelet station. The breakfast buffet is priced at $21.00 for adults; $11.00 for children (plus tax & gratuity).
