On Wednesday, November 30, 2016, 7:00 p.m., Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will host a special game dinner. Nicholas Harary and Chef de Cuisine Michael Metzner will rise to the occasion with a five-course menu that reflects the best of wild game and seasonal produce. For one evening only, game enthusiasts will indulge in an evening reflecting a spectrum of special game selections.

Third Course: Roasted Pheasant Breast, Rye Bread Stuffing, Honey Crisp Apple, Cranberry
Fourth Course: Rabbit Cassoulet, Bacon, Flageolet Beans
Fifth Course: Brown Butter Sponge Cake, Huckleberry Sorbet, Salted Caramel, Oat Crumble
