On Sunday, October 23, 2016, beginning at 6:00 p.m., Azie on Main, 789 East Lancaster Avenue, Villanova, Pennsylvania, will host an intimate six-course wine dinner to celebrate the fall season. Hudson Austin from Wine Merchant will host the evening and discuss the featured wines.

Third Course: Seared Foie Gras with Caramelized Baby Carrots, Apples with Brioche Croutons; Wine Pairing: Waterbrook Syrah (Columbia Valley, Washington State)
Fourth Course: Duck Breast with Maraschino Cream Sauce on Pumpkin Mousse; Wine Pairing: Domaine Paul Mas Marsanne (Languedoc, France)
Fifth Course: Pepper-Crusted Filet Tenderloin with a Brandied Demi-Glace and Parsnip Purée; Wine Pairing: Stratton Lummis “The Magician” (Napa Valley, California)
Sixth Course: Fired Spiced Pumpkin Gelato with Glazed Maple Walnuts and Caramel Duce de Leche Macaroon; Wine Pairing: Marenco “Strev” Moscato d’Asti (Piedmont, Italy)
