Chakra InteriorOn Wednesday, October 19, 2016, 6:30 p.m., Chakra Restaurant, West 144 Route 4, Paramus, New Jersey, will host a five-course wine dinner featuring the extraordinary Burgundy wines of Domaine Roux Père & Fils. The special guest will be Brand Ambassador Jonathan Bosman.

First Course: Cured Salmon, Green Apple, Warm Dill Oil; Wine Pairing: Saint-Aubin Roux Père & Fils, Les Cortons 1er Cru 2014, Côte de Beaune

Second Course: Day Boat Scallops, Roasted Kabocha Squash, Shellfish Jus; Wine Pairing: Meursault Roux Père & Fils, Vielles Vignes 2014, Côte de Or

Third Course: Crispy Duck, Glazed Pumpkin, Szechuan Peppercorn-Anise; Wine Pairing: Gevrey-Chambertin Roux Père & Fils, Vielles Vignes 2014, Côte d’Or

Fourth Course: Roasted Lamb Shoulder, Pancetta, Celery Root, Braised Cipollini Onions, Oyster Mushrooms; Wine Pairing: Vougeot Roux Père & Fils, Les Petits Vougeots 2014, Côte d’Or
