Redux: The Restaurant Hosts Pacific Northwest Wine Dinner

Redux Restaurant - InteriorOn Sunday, October 23, 2016, 5:30 p.m., Redux: The Restaurant, 3 Central Avenue, Madison, New Jersey, will host a special dinner featuring wines from the Pacific Northwest.

Once again, Chef/Proprietor Rob Ubhaus will pair with Dave Mendez from the Grapeful Palate in Morristown, NJ, who has selected wines from the region to pair with Chef’s Rob’s four course dinner.

The complete menu and wine pairings are noted below…

Reception: Light Hors d’Oeuvres; Wine Pairing: 2014 Evening Land Seven Springs Pinot Noir Rosé

First Course: Hood Canal Oysters, Melon Granita, Sea Beans; Wine Pairing: 2014 Wildstock Pinot Blanc

Second Course: Wild King Salmon, Wood Ear Mushrooms, Barley Risotto; Wine Pairing: 2012 Boedecker Steward Pinot Noir

Third Course: Rogue Creamery Smokey Oregon Blue, Honey Apple, Tartines; Wine Pairing: 2012 Hedges Red Mountain Cabernet Blend

Four Course: Dark Chocolate Merengue, Blueberry Ice Cream, Candied Orange Zest; Wine Pairing: 2014 Barnard Griffin Port
