On Wednesday, October 12, 2016, 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., American Cut Bar & Grill, 495 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, will host a special five-course dinner featuring the awarding-winning wines of Napa Valley’s Darioush Estate.

Third Course: Five Spiced Duck Breast, Beluga Lentils, Morello Cherry Sauce; Wine Pairing: 2013 Signature Merlot
Fourth Course: Porcini-Crusted Filet Mignon, Seared Foie Gras, Pommes Purée, Cabernet Demi-Glace; Wine Pairings: 2013 Signature Cabernet France; 2013 Signature Cabernet
