On Tuesday, July 26, 2016, 7:00 p.m., for one night only, Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will host a special lobster menu. For this annual summer tradition, Nicholas flies in Nova Scotia lobsters that will have come out of the ocean less than 24 hours before.
Four courses will showcase fresh lobster paired with locally sourced summer produce, including Jersey corn and tomatoes. If you’re a lobster love, this is one menu you won’t want to miss.

First Course: Classic Lobster Roll
Second Course: Tempura Lobster, Avocado Lime Purée, Radish, Cucumber, Roasted Tomato
Third Course: House-Made Lobster Ravioli, Corn, Lobster Butter Sauce
Fourth Course: Sous Vide Lobster, Corn Pudding, Grilled Corn Succotash, Lemon Butter
Dessert: Key Lime Semi Freddo, Graham Cracker Ice Cream, Vanilla Cream
