Redux Restaurant - InteriorOn Sunday, May 1, 2016, 6:00 p.m., at Redux: the Restaurant, 3 Central Avenue, Madison, New Jersey, Chef/proprietor Rob Ubhaus will pair with Dave Mendez from the Grapeful Palate Wine Boutique in Morristown and Michael Peters, former chef/owner of Pierre’s Restaurant to host a Spanish wine dinner.

Reception: Tapas; Wine Pairing: Gramona, La Cuvée 2011

First Course: Bacalao al Azafrán, Purple Potato Crisps; Wine Pairing: Rafael Palacios, O Bolo 2014

Second Course: Pollo Con Piperrada y Chorizo y Patate; Wine Pairing: Losada, El Pajaro 2014

Third Course: El Trigal Manchego, Membrillo & Candied Pecans; Wine Pairing: Montana, Rioja Reserva 2011

Dessert Course: Dark Chocolate Crema Catalana; Wine Pairing: Toro d’Albala, Marques de Poley Cream PX

The cost of the Spanish wine dinner is $88.00 per person*

*This represents $63.00 per person plus NJ sales tax and 20% gratuity for food to be billed by Redux; and $25.00 per person plus NJ sales tax for wine to be billed by The Grapeful Palate.
