On Friday, April 15, 2016, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 555 East Lancaster Avenue, Radnor, Pennsylvania, will host “Rare & Bold,” a unique one-night-only pairing event.
Director of Wine Maeve Pesquera and Executive Chef Russell Skall have created a unique pairing that will explore the interplay between iconic Cabernet Sauvignons from the world’s best growing regions matched up with classic steakhouse favorites such as New York strip, filet mignon, and wet-aged and dry-aged prime rib-eye.
