Frog and Peach4On Friday, April 15, 2016, 7:00 p.m., the Frog and the Peach, 29 Dennis Street at Hiram Square, New Brunswick, New Jersey, will host a special dinner with each course paired with a different Pinot Noir.

First Course: Crespelle di Farro Verde, Grilled Ramps, Anchovy Mayo; Wine Pairing: Elk Cove Vineyards, Pinot Noir Rosé, Oregon, 2014

Second Course: Wild Alaskan Ivory King Salmon, Hazelnuts, Charred Citrus, Black Garlic, Ginger; Wine Pairing: Holloran Pinot Noir “Meute de Chiens,” Willamette, Oregon 2012

Main Course: Braises Spring Lamb Neck, Wild Mushroom Ragout with Fava Beans & Baby Carrots, Goat Cheese Crema; Wine Pairings: Evening Land Vineyards Pinot Noir Bloom’s Field Vineyard, Santa Rita Estate, California, 2010; Evening Land Vineyards, Vosne-Romané France, 2010
