Restaurant Latour: On Easter Sunday, Executive Chef Anthony Bucco will serve a decadent brunch from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Featured will be scrambled eggs with a crispy oyster, caviar and chili butter, pheasant sausage with milled grains, carrot and golden raisins, and Wagyu rib eye with blue cheese, green onion, and fingerling potatoes. Each table will be greeted with a basket of fresh baked breakfast breads with cultured butters and fruit preserves. Two courses are $55.00; three courses, $75.00 (plus tax & gratuity).
Emerald Ballroom at Grand Cascades Lodge will host its annual Easter brunch buffet from 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The David Aaron Trio will accompany brunch with live jazz. The Easter brunch is priced at $54.00 for adults; $25.00 for children 4-11; children under 3 are free.
Crystal Tavern will serve a three-course prix fixe Easter menu from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Featured will be dishes like mustard and herb crusted lamb loin with honey cap mushrooms, red quinoa, and white asparagus; and day-boat halibut with baby carrots, cipollini onions, and lobster & carrot emulsion. $59.00 per person; $89.00 with wine pairings. The à la carte menu will also be available.
Springs Bistro will offer an Italian-inspired three-course prix fixe Easter menu from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. $59.00 per person; $89.00 with wine pairings. The à la carte menu will also be available.

Minerals Resort & Spa, Route 94 & 2 Chamonix Drive will serve an Easter brunch buffet in the Diamond Ball from 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., featuring a build-your-own pasta station, fresh seafood, carving station and more. The buffet is $42.95 for adults; $17.95 for children 4-11; and free for children under 3.
