plukemin2On Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016, the Pluckemin Inn, Bedminster, New Jersey, will be serving a special menu from 1:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Appetizers (Choice of) – Pluckemin Salad: Seasonal Garnish, Verjus Vinaigrette… Endive Salad: Apples, Hazelnuts, Chèvre, Whole Grain Mustard… Butter Lettuce: Blue Cheese, pears, Cashews, Sesame Vinaigrette… Orecchiette Pasta: English Peas, Prosciutto, Truffle Butter, Pecorino… Acquerello Risotto: Wild Mushrooms, Pancetta, Parmigiano Reggiano… Grilled Shrimp: Avocado Purée, Watercress, Citrus, heart of Palm… Spring Vegetable Gazpacho: Peekytoe Crab, Mint, Basil, Radish
