On January 28, 2016, at the James Beard House in New York City, Executive Chef Alan Heckman of the Stockton Inn, Stockton, New Jersey, presented an unforgettable five-course tasting menu entitled A Midwinter Night’s Dream.
“It was the highlight of my career,” notes the 30-year-old Heckman. “But many people from our area were not able to make it to New York for that special evening, which is why I decided to recreate the same menu at the Stockton Inn.”
The sumptuous menu launches today, Wednesday, March 2, and will be available through April 3, 2016.
