On Thursday, November 19, 2015, 6:30 p.m., Dave Magrogan’s Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar in the Moorestown Mall, Moorestown, New Jersey, will be celebrating France’s annual Beaujolais Nouveau release by hosting a five-course dinner accompanied by a bottle of Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau wine.
The release of Beaujolais Nouveau is marked in France annually on the third Thursday in November. The wine is made from Gamay grapes produced in the country’s Beaujolais region.
“I’m really looking forward to this event where we can not only offer this delicious wine fresh off its first harvest, but we can also showcase some really delectable, healthy, farm-fresh, dishes to our guests,” notes Mr. Magrogan. “I’m excited to taste this year’s release with five delectable courses that bear beautifully with the young, fruity Beaujolais Nouveau.”

Beaujolais Braised Lamb Meatballs: Roasted Root Vegetable Ragout, Basil Pistou, Citrus Cashew Persillade
Smoked Duck Rillette “Pop Tarts”: Black Cherry Compote, Wilted Chicory
Herb Braised Rabbit: White Bean Cassoulet, Citrus Carrot Purée, Bacon Foam, Grilled Mustard Greens, Natural Jus
Pan Seared Black Sea Bass: Cranberry Scented Couscous, Toasted Walnut, Pomegranate Beurre Blanc, Winter Squash & Carrots
Local Farm Cheese Plate: Chef’s Selection of the Farm at Doe Run Cheeses, Local Honey, House-Made Jams, Seasonal Fruit, Crostini
