Agricola - InteriorOn Thursday, November 26, 2015, Agricola Community Eatery, Eleven Witherspoon Street, Princeton, New Jersey, will be serving a four-course prix fixe Thanksgiving menu from 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

FIRST COURSE (Choice of) – Duck Terrine: Fall Spice Mustard, Pickled Cranberries… Amaretto & Pumpkin Soup: Sage, Brown Butter Cream… Beet Salad: Goat Cheese, Arugula, Beet Gastrique

SECOND COURSE – Farmer’s Fall Salad: Local Greens, Dried Cranberries, Candied Walnuts, Roasted Butternut Squash, Aged Gouda, Roasted Shallot-Balsamic Vinaigrette

THIRD COURSE (Choice of) – Roasted Turkey: Whipped Potatoes, Country Stuffing, Jersey Cranberry Jelly… Skuna Bay Salmon: Creamed Spinach, Roasted Maitake Mushrooms, Fried Onions… Brown Sugar-Bourbon Glazed Ham: Mustard and Bacon Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Sweet Potato Purée, Red Onion Marmalade… Shibumi Farms Mushroom “Napoleon”: Sherry Mushroom Broth, Frisée, Shibumi Farms’ Mushrooms, Great Road Farm Squash
