On Thursday, November 12, 2015, 6:30 p.m., Restaurant Latour at Crystal Springs Resort, Hamburg, New Jersey, will celebrate the arrival of fall with a special game dinner.
Executive Chef Anthony Bucco has created a five-course menu featuring quintessential game ingredients such as wood duck, wild hare, and venison. Resort Mixologist Stephen Thomas and Sommelier Susanne Lerescu have created an unusual pairing for the menu that will include two cocktails, a pair of Rhone wines from the 2000 vintage, as well as a bière de Champagne and a Belgian Triple Ale aged in Champagne, France.
Canapes will be served at 6:30 p.m.; dinner at 7:00 p.m.
