On Thursday, October 22, 2015, 7:00 p.m., for one evening only, Chef/Proprietor Nicholas Harary and the Restaurant Nicholas kitchen, 160 Route 35 South, Red Bank, New Jersey, will present a five-course menu that reflects the best of wild game and seasonal produce.

Fifth Course: Buffalo Short Rib, Polenta, Burnt Onion, Charred Pepper Purée
