Frog and Peach3From Saturday, July 11 – Saturday, July 25, 2015, The Frog and the Peach, 29 Dennis Street at Hiram Square will be celebrating New Brunswick, New Jersey, restaurant week with two special three-course prix fixe menus.

New Brunswick Restaurant Week Dinner Menu…

First Course (Choice of) – Local Hothouse Tomato Salad: Pickled Marcona Almonds, Garrotxa, Green Garlic Pistou, Fresno Chili Purée… Mushroom Ricotta Gnocchi: Goldbar Squash, Lemon, Shaved Porcini, Arugula Butter

Second Course (Choice of) – Griggstown Chicken Breast: Artichoke Potato Galette, Ragout of Artichokes, Saffron, Chorizo, Garlic, Peqillo Peppers… Local Sea Scallops: Corn, Mousserone Mushroom, Queso Blanco, Pasilla Chili

Third Course (Choice of) – Local Fruit Trifle: Berry Coulis, Pound Cake, Vanilla Pudding… La Tur: Soft Three Milk Cheese (Piemonte, Italy), Mint, Walnuts, Crostini

The cost of the dinner prix fixe is $39.00 per person (plus beverages, tax & gratuity).
