Ho-Ho-Kus Inn - ExteriorThe Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, One East Franklin Turnpike, Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, has announced a stellar lineup of culinary and fine wine/beer events taking place during the month of June, highlighted by Edible Jersey’s “Eat Drink Local Week and Father’s Day Brunch.

Wednesday, June 17, 2015, 6:30 p.m.: The Cellar Club, the Inn’s monthly wine education series (no membership required) will feature rosé wines served with complimentary small plate pairings. The selections include one sparkling rosé wine and three still rosé wines, perfect for warm weather sipping. The event costs $35.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity), and reservations are required. June 20 – 27, 2015: The Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern will be participating in the Fifth Annual Edible Jersey Eat Drink Local Week by showcasing a prix-fixe lunch and dinner menu. Guests can enjoy a bounty of locally grown special offerings that involve regional partners from the entire food chain. This weekly event raises awareness about the abundance of products grown in state. Three-course lunch is $19.99 per person; dinner is $34.99 per person (plus tax & gratuity). Reservations suggested.

Wednesday, June 24, 2015, 6:30 p.m.: The Inn’s monthly Craft Beer Tasting will feature selections from the famed Brooklyn Brewery. Complimentary bar bites will be served alongside refreshing golden Brooklyn Pilsner, seasonal Brooklyn Summer Ale, Brooklyn Greenmarket Wheat, and Brooklyn Blast. The event is priced at $25.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity). Reservations are suggested.

Sunday June 21, 2015, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.: Father’s Day will be celebrated with a sumptuous brunch, which will include traditional favorites, chef-manned omelette and roast stations, shellfish, poached salmon, chaffers of classic favorites with composed salads, artisan cheese board, and fresh seasonal fruit. There will also be a Viennese dessert table. Reservations are required. The brunch is priced at $34.95 for adults, which includes complimentary Mimosas and Bloody Marys. Children 10 and under are $14.95.
