On Thursday, June 18, 2015, 7:00 p.m., Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will kick off summer with tasting that will feature wines perfect for sipping by the pool, backyard, or beach club. Specifically chosen by Nicholas with summer ingredients in mind, these varietals will pair well with fresh fish, grilled meats, and seasonal vegetables.
To complement the tasting, hors d’oeuvres and artisanal cheeses will be served.
