The Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, has announced its May lineup of tempting fine dining events, including Mother’s Day Brunch, entertainment, and wine/craft beer events.
Mother’s Day: The Inn will celebrate Mother’s Day, May 10, 2015, with a special Sunday brunch menu that will include chef-manned omelette, beef, and lamb roast stations, shellfish, poached salmon, chaffers of classic favorites, composed salads, artisan cheese board, fresh seasonal fruit, Belgian waffles, breakfast pastries, and a Viennese dessert table. The Cellar Club, the Inn’s monthly wine education series (no membership required) will feature “Classic Grapes” on Wednesday, May 13 at 6:30 p.m. in the Tavern. This sampling of classic red and white grape varieties includes four categories and will offer Cuvaison Chardonnay, Charles Krug Cabernet, 181 Merlot and Domaine Carneros Pinot Noir. The Inn’s Monthly Craft Beer Tasting will feature Brooklyn Brewery and take place in the Tavern on Wednesday, May 20th. The tasting will begin at 6:30 p.m., and the lineup features top selections from the framed craft brewery. Complimentary bar bites will be served alongside refreshing golden Brooklyn Pilsner, beloved seasonal Brooklyn Summer Ale, Brooklyn Greenmarket Wheat, and Brooklyn Local 2. This event is priced at $25.00 per person. Reservations are suggested.
