On Thursday, May 21, 2015, 7:00 p.m., the Gladstone Tavern in Gladstone, New Jersey, will host a hands-on mixology workshop designed to help participants learn and develop bartending skills.
Robby Seibert, Gladstone Tavern Mixologist, will be covering techniques such as muddling and stirring drinks. The group will concoct and create batches of hibiscus bitters and raspberry syrup. This unique evening will be a fun, informative and highly interactive event, pairing specialty cocktails with snacks.
Since the original mixology workshop, scheduled for May 14th, sold out so quickly, a second workshop was added for the 21st.

Hibiscus Blossom: Fords Gin, St. Germain, Lemon, House-Made Hibiscus Bitters; Snack Pairing: Kunik Cheese, House Crackers
Cool Cucumber: Crop Organic Cucumber Vodka, Sage Botanical Spirit, Mint, Lime; Snack Pairing: Lemon Hummus, Papadum
Raspberry Mojito: Cana Brava Rum, House Raspberry Syrup, Mint, Lime; Snack Pairing: Cuban Sliders
Margarita: Partida Reposado, Cointreau, Lime Agave Nectar; Snack Pairing: Guacamole and Chips
Bourbon Elixir: Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, Honey Syrup, Lemon, Thyme; Snack Pairing: Curried Shrimp Flatbread
Firecracker: Tanteo Jalapeño Tequila, Ilegal Mezcal, Pineapple, Lime, Hot Pepper Syrup; Snack Pairing: Tropical Fruit Skewers
The price of the Mixology Workshop is $55.00 per person and includes cocktails, snacks, recipes and more.
