On Wednesday, May 6, 2015, 7:00 p.m. Amanti Vino Boutique Wine Shop proprietor Sharon Sevrens will once again team up with Ariane Duarte, chef/owner of Ariane Kitchen & Bar to host a special wine dinner featuring the extraordinary vintages of Ampelos Cellars of Santa Barbara County, California. Special guest of the evening will be Peter Work, proprietor of Ampelos Cellars. The dinner will be held at Ariane Kitchen & Bar, 706 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona, NJ.
Since their first vintage, Ampelos Cellars has been garnering critical acclaim for coaxing beautiful expressions of estate Pinot Noir and Syrah, while also producing bottles of Grenache and Viognier with grapes sources from some of the finest estates in the area. Ampelos Cellars 25-acres estate vineyard is the first in Santa Barbara County, and one of the few in the country, to be certified sustainable, organic and biodynamic.

First Course: Cavatelli, Mushrooms drizzled with Truffle Oil and Pecorino; Wine Pairing: 2013 Ampelos Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir; 2007 Ampelos Pinot Noir “Rho”
Second Course: Bistro Filet “Wellington”, Foie Gras Mousse, Mushroom Duxelle; Wine Pairing: 2011 Ampelos Syrah Grenache Blend “Syrache”; 2010 Ampelos Syrah “Gamma”
Third Course: Chocolate Cream Pie
