On Thursday, April 16, 2015, 7:00 p.m., Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will host a celebration of a traditional art form. The restaurant will be serving a five course menu featuring a variety of 100% homemade pastas encompassing the freshest ingredients from land and sea.

Second Course: Parisienne Gnocchi: Baby Artichokes, Parmigiano Reggiano, Crispy Leeks
Third Course: Fresh Linguini: Roasted Clams, Brown Buttered Toasted Bread Crumbs
Fourth Course: Hand-Rolled Tritsi: House-Made Rabbit Sausage, Broccolini, Roasted Cubanelle Peppers
Fifth Course: Berries and Cream: Whipped Vanilla Bean Custard, Marinated Berries, Shredded Sfogiatelle Pastry
