plukemin2On Easter Sunday, April 5, 2015, the Pluckemin Inn, Bedminster, New Jersey, will be serving a special three- and four-course dinner from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

APPETIZER (Choice of) – Pluckemin Salad: Seasonal Garnish, Verjus Vinaigrette… Endive Salad: Almonds, Dates, Bayley Hazen Blue, Green Apple… Baby Beet Salad: Pistachio Granola, Chèvre, Dried Fruit, Watercress… Bucatini Pasta: Guanciale, Plum Toamto, Chilies, Pecorino Romano… Vidalia Onion Soup: Gruyère, Sourdough, Marrow, Crispy Shallots… Grilled Shrimp: Arugula, Fennel, Pine Nuts, Citrus Vinaigrette… Acquerello Risotto: Asparagus, Fines Herbes, Parmigiano Reggiano
