On Monday, March 16, 2015, 11:30 a.m., restaurateur Dave Magrogan will open his fifth Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar at the Moorestown Mall, 400 Route 28, Moorestown, New Jersey. This is Mr. Magrogan’s 17th restaurant venture, his first in the Garden State.
On Thursday, March 12, Mr. Magrogan will host a private party to perfect service and introduce the menu to South Jersey foodies who will preview menu items, seasonal cocktails, and wines and craft beers. The pre-opening party will benefit two Moorestown-area charities: Twin Oaks Community Services, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of life of vulnerable adults, children, and families; and the Moorestown Community House, a communal event venue and clubhouse.
The Moorestown Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar will be an impressive 7,200 square feet, featuring 220 seats in its dining room, 50 seats in the bar, a 50-seat private dining room, along with 30 seats on a patio and two chef’s tables.
The restaurant will offer a farm-to-table menu featuring organic, local, sustainable, and non-GMO ingredients sourced from more than 75 local farms. The menu will change seasonally to utilize the freshest foods available, and a majority of menu items contain less than 500 calories, including a variety of house-made signature, single-serving desserts. In addition to the seasonally changing menu, the restaurant will also offer more than 50 wines by the glass, seasonally-inspired hand-crafted cocktails, and more than a dozen locally produced craft beers.
Bon Appétit!
