On Wednesday, February 11, 2015, 6:30 p.m., Chef Thomas Ciszak of Chakra Restaurant, West 144 Route 4, Paramus, New Jersey, will prepare a four-course dinner paired with the vintages of Winemaker Anthony Biagi of Hourglass Winery.
The menu is noted below… Guests will be the first to taste the soon-to-be-released 2012 Hourglass Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.
