On Thursday, February 26, 2015, Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will host a Burgundy barrel tasting and seven-course dinner, featuring the extraordinary wines of Domaine Oliver Leflaive, Domaine Sylvain Cathiard, Domaine Alain Burguet, and Domaine Lignier Michelot. Winemaker Sebastian Cathiard and Burgundy importer Peter Wasserman will be the special guests of the evening.
